New Members Always Welcome!

All equipment is supplied by Theresa Prior Personal Training. Just bring yourself and a water bottle. Wear comfy clothes and runners.

Children are welcome at all our sessions, but do remain your responsibility. Enjoy your workout while the little ones play on the playground or are looked after by our on-site babysitters.

All new members must fill out a health screening form prior to participation in our sessions. This helps me to keep you safe!

 

Westmeadows Fitness Bootcamp TPPT

Motivated Mums - Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings

9.30am-10.30am Westmeadows Reserve, Ardlie St Westmeadows

In our Motivated Mums sessions, the focus is on you! Each session is designed to help you build core strength + condition and promote post-natal abdominal rehabilitation,  as well as raise your heart rate for cardiovascular training. No two sessions are ever the same.

 

Dawn Troopers - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning

5.30am-6.15am Westmeadows Reserve, Ardlie St Westmeadows

Our Dawn Troopers (Outdoor Group Fitness) sessions incorporate a range of training techniques - from HIIT (high intensity interval training), to boxing, to resistance training and cardiovascular training. Sessions will involve teamwork, partner work and individual exercises. Sometimes, there is an element of competition and game play!

 

Wonder Women - Thursday evening + Saturday morning

7.00pm-7.45pm Harricks Crescent Reserve Westmeadows (Thurs evening)

8.00am-9.00am Harricks Crescent Reserve Westmeadows (Sat morning)

Fresh Fit - Tuesday + Thursday mornings

9.30am-10.15am Westmeadows Community Centre, Ardlie St Westmeadows

This is a low-impact class, where you will gain confidence as we empower you to discover what you CAN do. 


Afternoon Pick-Me-Up - Monday and Friday afternoons

 2.30pm-3.15pm Harricks Crescent Reserve Westmedows

Price Options

TPPT Platinum

  • Unlimited Sessions

  • Cost: $350 per term/$120 per month*

TPPT Gold

  • Up to THREE sessions per week

  • Cost: $270 per term/$100 per month*

TPPT Silver

  • Up to TWO sessions per week

  • Cost: $180 per term/$70 per month*

TPPT Bronze

  • ONE session per week

  • Cost: $90 per term/$35 per month*

All packages are invoiced. Bank transfer, cash or cheque accepted. 

*Term payment option only available for the first four weeks of each term. After week four, only monthly payment options will be available.

'Terms' refer to Victorian State School Terms.

Casual Sessions available - $12.50 per session (cash only)
