So during the day, I have to make an effort to go outside in the fresh air and daylight. If I don't, by the end of the day, I notice it. I feel sluggish and quite lethargic.
I had to keep reminding myself to breathe, deeply and calmly. Butterflies were churning in my stomach. It is so hard being outside your comfort zone, outside the safety of what you know and feeling a little uncomfortable. Not knowing the outcome. But if I hadn't have stepped myself outside of my comfort zone on Sunday, I wouldn't have been able to experience Aerial Yoga. I wouldn't have tried something new.
It's all too easy to judge and make an assumption based on your perspective of the situation. But, look at it from the other side (or sides) and you're likely to have a far different idea of what's going on.
